Description:
The direct-pressed orange juice consists of 100% freshly squeezed juice oranges (approx. 6kg) and is never heated. Instead of pasteurisation, the innovative HPP high-pressure process is used (high pressure processing) to preserve all the valuable nutrients and above all the taste. Fruit is pressed and filled into canisters. The canister is then subjected to 6000 bar pressure in a water bath. This pressure eliminates unwanted bacteria and microorganisms. The valuable vitamins and nutrients are optimally preserved.
