Full of sunshine, their flesh is particularly tasty, their aroma powerful, their color vibrant, their acidity balanced and their slight bitterness. Because of these many qualities, Sicilian mandarins have been selected to illustrate the Slow Food foundation's projects dedicated to biodiversity.

Ponthier decided to go even further to meet consumer demands and continued its efforts with the creation of the PURE TRACE label, which reinforces traceability by indicating the name of the grower and the place of harvest for 19 flavours. 

And to go one step further, Ponthier is launching the Live Trace project, which allows users to see orchards live via a webcam, accessible by flashing a QR code on the purees' packaging.
