The Brulee cream is a dessert specialty from the fine French cuisine. Elle & Vire`s precursor makes it quick and easy to prepare and tastes like home-made with its delicate aroma of cream, egg yolk and natural vanilla. Individual creations, such as liqueurs or fruits, make many variations possible. The dessert is ready to serve in one hour. A 1 liter tetra pack gives 12-15 servings.
Preparation:
Put the contents of the pack in a saucepan and warm to 85°C while stirring. Put in serving glasses and let cool for 20 minutes. Then cool down to -4°C for 3 hours. Sprinkle with sugar and caramelise.
