Since 1986, its aromatic indigenous grapes have been one of the hallmarks of this prestigious line. Gewürztraminer Sanct Valentin is characterized by its intense and complex bouquet and its intense fruit and spice notes on the nose and palate. HARVEST
Early October; harvesting and grape selection by hand.
VINIFICATION
Maceration of the grapes followed by gentle pressing. Fermentation and aging in steel tanks.
SERVING SUGGESTION
Pairs well with spicy dishes such as foie gras and strong cheeses, as well as with piquant spices, culinary herbs, seafood risotto, or the South Tyrolean specialty “Kloaznravioli with gray cheese.”
