Description: Hom Mali organic thay rice is an indigenous variety of Chachengsao, Thailand.
Also known as Jasmine rice, it is recognized for its strong aroma and its elongated grain.
It is perfect to accompany fish and vegetables and gives its best with spices and aromatic herbs.
We recommend steaming this rice or using the pilaf technique.

How to use: Wash before use and check for the absence of foreign bodies. Place the rice in plenty of boiling water and cook for 12 minutes, add salt and finish cooking. Alternatively, pilaf cooking method: place 2 parts of water and one of rice in a covered saucepan and cook until completely absorbed. Salt to taste.

Storage: Store the product in a cool and dry place.
