Rosé Pischl is a fruity, fresh summer wine that is served chilled as an aperitif or with starters.
Grape varieties: a blend of different grape varieties.
Growing area/climate: 250 meters above sea level.
Harvest: The grapes are harvested in mid- to late September.
Vinification: The dark red grapes are lightly pressed, then the must is fermented in stainless steel tanks.
Pairing: This rosé wine is particularly suitable as an aperitif. It is both a structured accompaniment to food and an excellent starter wine, served with beef tartare and carpaccio, pasta dishes, pizza, but also with fish and white meat.
