HARVEST

AGEING
Fermentation, malolactic fermentation and ageing on the lees in barrique tonneaux. Blending after just under a year and further ageing for at least eight months in concrete vats.
SERVING SUGGESTION
A true all-rounder that goes well with fish dishes and red meat, but is also perfect with risotto with herb pesto.
