Description: Intense, bright violet. Spicy nose with a delicate hint of pepper, then raspberry, cedar wood, berries, violets in the aftertaste. Initially very soft on the palate with a gentle entry, then develops in a beautiful arc into the length, convincing middle section with a strong finish.

Food pairing: With somewhat spicier and spicier sauces, the Lagrein can hold its own perfectly and accompany the dish perfectly without "killing" the sauce and taking center stage.
- 1 pack: Tomato - Chili - Taglierini egg pasta - 500g - Eggerhof
Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina, fresh free-range eggs 20%, water, tomato paste double concentrated 5%, chili 1%, turmeric, beet.
Preparation: Pour the contents of the packet into approx. 3 liters of boiling salted water (2 tablespoons coarse salt), stir, cook for approx. 7 minutes until the desired al dente consistency. Drain the water. Heat the butter in a pan, add the cooked tomato-chilli tagliatelle, season with salt, pepper and the ragu. Enjoy your meal!
