A slightly velvety wine with a ruby red color and a taste ranging from forest fruits to cherries.
This legendary South Tyrolean red grape variety is also known as “the queen of Vernatsch.” The steep slopes of the Sankt Magdalena wine-growing region near Bolzano provide the ideal microclimate for this indigenous variety to develop its full range of distinctive, intense, and fruity aromas. Sankt Magdalener is characterized by a fine yet intense structure and is delicate and elegant on the palate.

Serving suggestion
