Chardonnay DOC
Until the 1980s, only a few Chardonnay vines could be found in the vineyards planted with Pinot Blanc. It was not until 1982 that the Chardonnay grape variety was vinified as a single variety for the first time, thanks to the Sankt Michael-Eppan winery. Since then, it has undergone enormous development. It is wonderfully juicy and drinkable with a long-lasting finish.
