Description

A lean semi-hard cheese with only approx. 15% F.I.D. The exterior has a smooth skin with a yellow-brown to reddish colour. Soft-cut paste, but not flowing in texture. The inside is white to yellowish in colour and has broken or slit holes. The consistency is soft. Odour and taste are mild, slightly sour, but pure and specific.
