For jams made from well-gelling fruits (e.g. currants, quinces or gooseberries), a boiling time of 2 minutes is often sufficient with Gelling Sugar 1plus1. When boiling very sweet fruits (e.g. strawberries or elderberries) with Gelling Sugar 1plus1, add the juice of 1-2 lemons.

Description

Typical product of Alpine food culture and gastronomy.
Made with fresh pork without any added gluten,
lactose, flavor enhancers or phosphates
Seasoned with selected spices and salted with sea salt.

It is prepared in boiling water for around 10 minutes (max.)
As part of the typical Tyrolean Törggele dish, it is usually served with other
local specialties such as loin, smoked filone, smoked ribs, black pudding and
liver sausage.

Boiled potatoes or roast potatoes
and especially sauerkraut are suitable side dishes.

Very suitable as a small main course, if you cut the cooked sausage into slices about 5mm thick
and place them on mashed potatoes and sprinkle with
chives or parsley and then serve with a little clarified butter.

Alternatively, also suitable for grilling
